I like travelling and studying foreign languages. I was able to visit a lot of different countries in the world. Therefore I know the need for a economic accomodation in my city. I will help you and I am interested on bringing togehter people from all over the world in my International Residential Community or particularily in my Guesthouse/Apartment Nepal.

Property information

Penthouse-Apartment (7th floor) in an normal building in the center of Klagenfurt. 4 rooms for rent, living room, large kitchen, shared bathroom and shared toilett. Huge roof terrace. You can enjoy the view to our mountains, over the city with its churches and buildings.

Neighbourhood information

Central location, but very green environment. Beautiful views on our mountains. You can enjoy the sunset from our huge terrace. To the lake (Wörthersee) you need some 15 min. Nearby you have the small river glan, the city woods Kreuzbergl or Spitalsberg. To the very center you need just to walk 5 min. Bus station nearby. All kind of shops nearby. Airport some 10 min by bus.
