Real Kitzbühel home. Ski-In Ski-Out #Hahnenkamm/Streif. Spatious and comfortable. Quiet. 500m to city center. Garden. Private Ski Tuition available.

After living, studying and working in various countries around the world, Kitzbühel has become my home base and I love it here! In winter I work in the small ski school SkiArt and otherwise I am often on the road as a tour guide in various European countries. I have been looking after holiday apartments for many years and it gives me great pleasure to make sure guests have a wonderful stay.

Apart from the spacious and well equipped interior of the apartment you can't beat the location! You can put on your skis only 70 m from the door and ski down to the Hahnenkamm gondola on the beginners slope. That means, in the immediate proximity you have 2 practice slopes with free-of-cost ski lifts! And you can ski almost directly to the doorstep from 2 pistes (Streif and Asten). The house is in a quiet location. The center of town with its stylish boutiques, restaurants, lively cafes, bars and clubs is only 500 m away and can be reached by foot. Drive up the road next to the Hahnenkamm cable car for 400 m, always keeping right. The house is on the right hand side and has a big dark wooden balcony. The Hahnenkamm train station at the bottom of the Hahnenkamm gondola can be reached by foot. At the parking next to the station there are shuttle buses, for instance to the valley station of the Horn cable car.
