The location of the house is the ideal starting point for various activities such as hiking or cycling tours, excursions, as well as many more sports activities in summer and winter.
In the summer, with your St. Johann Card, you have free entry to the Panorama Swimming World.
The proximity to the bus and ski bus stop allows convenient access to the ski areas of St. Johann in Tirol and Waidring/Steinplatte, while other well-known ski areas such as Skiwelt, Kitzbühel, or Fieberbrunn/Leogang can be reached in just a few minutes by car.
A nearby access point to the cross-country ski trail is an excellent option for all cross-country skiers.
The proximity to the bus stop not only facilitates access to ski areas but also offers a convenient connection to the center of St. Johann/Tirol (only about a 20-minute walk), with many shopping opportunities and restaurants.
