APARTMENT HOUSE with 3 apartments (approx. 38 - 53 m2) in idyllic and sunny southern hillside location. Category 4 Edelweiss. Parking lot per apartment. 5-10 minutes walk away from the center. NO PETS! Living in comfortably furnished apartments - located on the idyllic and sunny southern hillside near the fringe of the wood. Enjoy the magnificent view into our mountains. In close proximity to TOP skiing areas where snow is assured (Silvretta Montafon, Hochjoch, Golm, Gargellen, Brandnertal and Kristberg). Moreover, cross-country ski runs and the ice skating rink are only a few minutes walk away. In summer, there are also lots of activities in the mountains, whether swimming, golfing, hiking, biking, playing tennis, climbing or simply relaxing in the garden among our beautiful flowers. We have a suitable holiday program for everyone.
