These two apartments are certainly the most beautiful and tastefully decorated in this village. Completely renovated at the end of 2016 and equipped with all modern conveniences, Top 25 and 44 offer everything your heart desires for a stay in the mountains.
For many years we have been firmly rooted here in Königsleiten. And we enjoy every single day in this fabulous mountain world. No matter whether in summer or in winter. Snow is guaranteed in the winter months, which is otherwise very rare in other places. Going on holiday in a place where there is really still snow on the roofs of the houses, the streets and the fields and meadows, and not just high up on the mountain - that is a real gift. In summer you can enjoy the clear air and the untouched landscape, relax in the sun at the nearby lake, or conquer the mountains by bike. It is and will remain a dream....
Königsleiten is located on the border to the "Hohe Tauern", THE national protection area of Austria. From here you can see the highest mountains in this country and you are in an incredibly preserved nature. The ski area is the Zillertal Arena, one of the largest combined ski regions in Austria. Hundreds of perfectly groomed slopes can be accessed directly from Königsleiten, into the Zillertal and back again. In terms of cuisine, this place with its numerous restaurants and bars also has a lot to offer. Après-ski and night life are also held up here and you can spend long nights. The Krimml waterfalls are in the immediate vicinity and are always worth a visit.
