Property information

This centuries old farmhouse lies surrounded by well-known skiing areas in the village of Niedernsill. The original farmhouse was renovated and converted into two luxury holiday homes. Adjacent to the kitchen is a separate living room with a spacious lounge area and direct access to the sunny terrace, which offers splendid views of Hohe Tauern National Park. A supermarket nearby makes it easy to get groceries on foot. In winter, it only takes a few minutes by car to get to Kaprun and Zell am See. In summer, guests can enjoy the Hohe Tauern National Park, the famous Krimml waterfalls, the lakes of Kaprun and ofcourse the hiking and mountain biking. There are also 2 beautiful golf courses in the area. When in Salzburg, you will feel as if you’re in some movie! Reclining at the foot of wooded cliffs on the banks of turquoise river, its baroque-gone-mad Altstadt wings you through a millennium of history, with its jewel box of churches, abbeys and domes. Every corner of this city speaks for itself. Be it a whopping hilltop fortress, at lavishly gilded palaces and concert halls, cable car ride up on a mountain, nuns chanting Gregorian chorales at sunrise, a walk from Nonnberg to Festung Hohensalzburg along the Hohe Weg overlooking the city. There is something for everyone to visit and enjoy here!
