We would love to welcome you at our new location at Julius Tandler Platz in Vienna. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask!! We are available for you during your stay from 8am until 10 pm.

This is a stunning brand new duplex loft apartment close to city center (5 mins with metro) with two terraces, high end interior and facilities. We promise you an amazing stay - you prove it!

Neighbourhood information

apartment is located next to the Franz Josef train station with many coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Grocery and bakery next door are opened even on Sundays. Everything needed is around the corner within a stone's throw away. Metro station Friedensbrück is in the same street . Reachable in 2 walking minutes. Metro U4 brings you direktly to the city center within 5 minutes (2 stops).
