This traditional chalet with its stunning grounds will delight those seeking something special! Nestled in a sunny, elevated position above St. Johann, overlooking the Kitzbühel mountains, this Alpine residence is a true highlight for families and groups, both summer and winter. The private pool, the private sauna, and the numerous seating areas with a barbecue in the garden are pure luxury. The 450 square meters offer numerous living areas with tiled stoves and various dining areas for cozy gatherings. The traditional kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances offers everything a cook could wish for. In the basement of the house is the large private pool with access to one of the many terraces, as well as a private sauna with a shower and relaxation area. In total, there are 4 bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed in one of the living rooms, as well as 3.5 bathrooms for up to 9 people. Whether you're in the legendary Kitzbühel ski area or the renowned Wilder Kaiser ski region, the house is only 8-10 km away.
