My spacious apartment, approximately 100m² in size, provides you with the perfect starting point to explore Graz. With 3 cozy bedrooms and a comfortable sofa bed, there is space for the whole family or a group of friends. The modern bathroom and separate toilet ensure convenience. In my accommodation, you will find everything you need. Enjoy fast Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite meals. Relax on the balcony with a nice view and complimentary parking for your vehicle. A workspace is also available if you're traveling for business. The location is unbeatable! You can reach Graz city center in just 10 minutes. The tram stop is within walking distance, and a bus stop is right in front of the house. The regional hospital (LKH) is nearby and easily accessible. Please observe my house rules to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests: No parties allowed, quiet hours with room volume from 11 pm onwards. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is only permitted on the balcony. I look forward to welcoming you to my modern retreat in Graz and making your stay as comfortable as possible. Getting Around the Area If you're arriving by car, you'll have access to a free assigned parking spot, so you won't have to worry about parking. Additionally, you can also park for free on the street. Public transportation is very convenient. The tram stop is just a short walk away, and the bus stop is right in front of the house. You can easily reach downtown Graz and explore the surroundings.
