Boasting of all the comfortabities and conveniences like floor heating, lift, balcony, well equipped kitchen, ski room etc. while breathtaking nature is all around
Das Hotel Martin ist nur 1 Autominute vom Apartment entfernt, wo von den Gästen erwartet werden kann, dass sie den Schlüssel zum Apartment abholen sowie den Wellness- und Hallenbad gegen Aufpreis genießen. Der Gastgeber ist immer bereit, mit allen Informationen über die Wohnung, Sehenswürdigkeiten usw. zu helfen, entweder per SMS oder telefonisch Hotel Martin is just 1 minute drive away from the apartment, where the guests could be expected to pick up the key to the apartment, as well as to enjoy the wellness and indoor pool at an extra cost. This apartment is located at Ramsau Plateau with the balcony facing South, therefore enjoys a lot of sunshine and beautiful mountain views. Schladming in The Valley, a well known Ski resort is just 10 minutes drive by car.. there are a few bus stops, which are all within 100-150 meters. These buses reach the most skiing slopes and resorts.. Diese Wohnung befindet sich auf dem Ramsau Plateau mit dem Südbalkon und genießt daher viel Sonnenschein und schöne Aussicht auf die Berge. Schladming im Tal, einem bekannten Skigebiet, ist nur 10 Autominuten entfernt There are many resorts and activities near the apartment for such as hiking, downhill or cross country skiing, paragliding, mountain climbing, swimming , or just sightseeing. Most of them are within 10-30 minutes driving distance. You need to pay in most of the places a parking fee of Euro 3 for the whole day. Rund um die Wohnung gibt es viele Resorts zum Wandern, downhill oder Langlaufen, Klettern, Schwimmen oder einfach nur Sightseeing. Die meisten von ihnen sind innerhalb von 10-30 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Sie müssen an den meisten Orten eine Parkgebühr von 3 Euro für den ganzen Tag bezahlen
