I’m Nynke, the founder of Nynke’s AlpenNest. For me, this house is not just a holiday rental, but a home in the mountains – a place where adventure, nature and genuine hospitality come together. A place where groups can share special days without it having to be unaffordable luxury.
Hospitality, to me, means creating a space with heart and joy where everyone feels welcome – whether family or friends. I look forward to welcoming you to the AlpenNest.

Nynke’s AlpenNest – Your flexible holiday home in the Pitztal
Welcome to Nynke’s AlpenNest, my lovingly designed holiday home in Tyrol’s Pitztal valley. Families and groups of friends of up to 10 people will find their ideal base here – with plenty of space, flexible room layouts and a cosy atmosphere that makes you feel at home.
The house offers five individually furnished rooms, four of them with a balcony and panoramic mountain views. All rooms can be set up with a double bed or two single beds; on request, I am happy to provide a baby cot or an extra bed. Each room also has its own washbasin for a touch of privacy.
At the heart of the house is the spacious kitchen-living area: a fully equipped kitchen with American fridge, large oven and 5-ring stove, plus a dining table for up to 10 guests. Right next to it, a cosy lounge with wood-burning stove invites you to warm up, chat and unwind.
To avoid queues in the morning, the ground floor has a shower area with three separate cabins and two sinks. Two toilets are located on the lower floor near the kitchen-living area, and another toilet is upstairs by the bedrooms. For longer stays, there is also a laundry room with washer-dryer available on request.
Guests especially love the large garden – perfect for barbecue evenings with friends or simply enjoying a good book in the late afternoon sun after a hike.
The location in the village of Arzl combines tranquillity with proximity to the mountains. The Hochzeiger ski and hiking area is only a short drive or can also be reached by public transport, while the Pitztal Glacier – the highest glacier in Tyrol – is just about 30 minutes away. This way, nature and adventure are always within reach, before you return to your cosy “Nest” at the end of the day.
