Hello, I'm Dirk, I've been working with my wife Pia for many years as a tour operator Pia and Dirk and rent out holiday flats, chalets, guesthouses and hotels. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us by telephone. Please observe the following rules: 1) Arrival 16 - 20 o'clock, a later arrival will be charged with 20 Euro, arrival after 23 o'clock with 100 Euro. 2) Departure until 9 am, a later departure is possible on request, costs 50 % of the daily price. 3) We ask you to leave the kitchen clean, all crockery neatly stored in the cupboard, all electrical appliances including cooker and oven cleaned. Additional cleaning will be charged. 4) All rubbish must be sorted into the bins provided. The disposal of unsorted rubbish will be charged at 0.50 euros per kg. 5) We do not accept bookings of several flats at the same time for a group, if this is desired, please clarify in advance.

Property information

Our apartment house Zillertal is spoiled by the sun in a quiet residential area. You can reach the centre of Mayrhofen in approx. 1 km (approx. 2 minutes by car or 8-10 minutes on foot), Finkenberg in 2 km. The beautifully situated house is furnished with great attention to detail. The ski bus departs directly from the house. The holiday flats for 4-8 people are spacious and comfortably furnished. Please note that we do not accept group bookings. No booking of the large flat will be accepted if another flat is booked in addition. It is not permitted to stay in the large flat with more than 8 people. It is not allowed to wax skis in the house, on the balcony or in the garage.

Neighbourhood information

The Hintertux Glacier, which you can reach relatively quickly by car, is open all year round and offers a unique opportunity for skiing or snowboarding even at the height of summer. In the Zillertal, you can go on many wonderful hiking tours. Water rafting, via ferratas, mountain biking and much more round off the sports on offer in summer in the Zillertal. And don't forget to visit a few of the typical Zillertal restaurants. Let yourself be spoilt by the variety of delicacies, from game and fresh brown trout to various sweet desserts. Accompanied by freshly tapped Zillertal beer or shandy or a delicious wine from Austria's top vineyards.
