    Lokalita je fajn, blízko hned několika lyžařských areálů. Ke všem je ale třeba popojet autem či skibusem. V Uttendorfu je také krátký běžkařský okruh, supermarket je vzdálen jen pár minut chůze.

Company information

We are Reini and Marlene, both born and raised in Pinzgau, and we established Steinbock Lodges ten years ago. With our long-standing, experienced in-house cleaning team, we take care of all the chalets and apartments individually. Our goal each day is to ensure that the guests of our owners have a warm feeling of satisfaction and that they really enjoy their stay. Why Steinbock Lodges? All our apartments and chalets are fully equipped. The beds are always made up with freshly laundered and ironed bed linen and the fl uff y towels are ready and waiting on the bed to put a smile on your face when you enter. Free Wi-Fi goes without saying, which is also the case for basic equipment in the kitchen (e.g. salt, pepper, vinegar and cooking oil) and for cleaning (e.g. washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, bin liners, tea towels, mop, all-purpose cloths and sponge). You might be pleased to know that all our kitchens contain a Nespresso machine and for those who prefer the classic method, there are also fi lter coff ee machines – the choice is yours!

Our Profelt apartment A is ideal for a family or a smaller group who are keen to enjoy the perfect skiing experience in winter and explore the countless hiking trails in summer (by the way, the ski bus stops right outside the front door!). Apartment A is located on the first floor and can accommodate a total of five people in real beds (no sofa beds). On the balcony – equipped with outdoor furniture – you will enjoy a stunning view of the Stubach valley. Apartment Profelt B is located on the ground floor (just down the stairs) and offers space for a total of four people in comfortable beds (no sofa beds). When you enter the apartment, you can immediately take off your ski and sportswear in the spacious hallway area. The hallway leads to the first bedroom immediately on the right with bunk beds. Next to that is a bathroom with shower and washbasin and separate toilet. Our snug and cosy apartment Profelt C is situated on the ground floor (just down the stairs) and can accommodate two people. This makes the apartment ideal for couples who want to spend time relaxing and enjoying some romance together in the surroundings of the beautiful Austrian Alps. When entering the apartment, you will be met with a spacious hallway. Via this hallway you enter the bedroom on the left with a double bed. There is also a bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The beautiful living room with the well-equipped kitchen really gives you the urge to start cooking.

Neighbourhood information

Location: Uttendorf – in the middle of the Hohe Tauern – will surprise you with a beautiful village centre and put a smile on your face! Uttendorf is situated in a convenient, central location – right between the Grossglockner and the Krimml Waterfalls. Between mountains, lakes and glaciers you are sure to experience your dream holiday in the Austrian Alps right here. Active holidaymakers will enjoy copious cycling tours or going on long hikes. In addition, there are some quite unique sights to see, such as the Uttendorf butterfly trail or the Celtic village at Stoanabichl. The nearby Stubach valley is absolutely perfect for hiking and cycling tours. The locals refer to the area simply as “paradise” and it is not difficult to appreciate why. Leisure activities: The very family-friendly “Weissee Glacier World” is a hidden gem for you to discover in our region. The ski area isn’t too big and is really enjoyable to visit – also lift tickets are available at reasonable prices. Remember, children up to the age of 12 ride free of charge! Don’t forget your guest card! Simply show your card at the reception and you can enjoy a further 20% discount. You can get your guest card directly from Steinbock Lodges. Just around the corner there are other popular and well-known ski areas such as Neukirchen/Bramberg, Gerlos and Zillertal or Kitzski (Kitzbühel Arena with its 283 kilometres of slopes!). For fans of tobogganing, Bramberg am Wildkogel has a 14-kilometre natural toboggan run – the longest illuminated toboggan run in the world! An absolute hit for everyone! Not only is the area around Uttendorf a popular destination during the winter season but the region promises stunning panoramic views, variety and sheer delight all year round. During the summer season, a national park ranger will guide you free of charge into a pristine alpine mountain world and show you the most beautiful spots surrounded by untouched nature.
