The charming, family-run Hotel Donauhof is located on the western entrance to the Wachau World Heritage Site, directly on the Danube Bike Trail between Passau and Vienna. The hotel offers an impressive view of the Danube and the historic market square of Emmersdorf, which is only a few steps away. Located halfway between Vienna and Linz, it is easily accessible via the A1 motorway. The Melk exit is 4 km away, the Pöchlarn exit 8 km. Hotel & Restaurant Donauhof's location provides the perfect starting point for excursions into the Wachau and to the many sights nearby. The cosy guest rooms invite you to relax and feel comfortable. A wide range of culinary specialities is served in the hotel's á la carte restaurant and on the sunny garden terrace. The family-owned wine tavern “Heuriger Haferkastn” is only 2 km away from the Donauhof. The best wines from the Wachau and traditional local dishes are served there.
