The apartment is a modern apartment for max. 4 people in a central and quiet location. Lake Traunsee and the center can be reached in just 10 minutes on foot. The 55 m² apartment is a completely new apartment and should be like a second home for your short or longer stay, where you can feel comfortable and rest. There is a separate bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a pull-out couch, a bathroom with a large shower, an extra toilet and a fully equipped modern kitchen as well as a sunny terrace with a small garden. A private parking space is available directly in front of the house. The apartment has a perfect infrastructure, the train station and bus are close by. Spar-Billa-Hofer-unimarkt-Bipa-fitness club-restaurants-public swimming area with beach bar-beach volleyball court and much more. can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The location is quiet, a beautiful view of the Traunstein and the mountains supports your well-being. Rental in the months: June-July-August: only rentable on a weekly basis
