It is a cosy flat with 45m2. Shops and restaurants are only 10 minutes walk away. It is in the center of Gmunden and close (500meter) away from the lake and a beautiful forest park with exercise facilities. It is a family owned house and its very quite, therefore be aware that we are looking for guests where we can maintain the peace.
Me and my brother speak German and English and are experts in the region. So we welcome any questions
Small shopping center is close by. So are restaurants and shops in reasonable walking distance. We live very central therefore everything you need is close (Hospital, shops, Cafe’s , Bakery, Barbershop, Florists, Post office,...) You basically can walk everywhere or cycle as mentioned earlier we live close to main facilities. Who ever comes to Gmunden must-see Hallstatt and Bad Ischl as the landscape is worth seening
