We rent two beautiful and cosy furnished apartments in a quiet area near Linz with free Wifi. The apartments offer a big and quiet garden where you can simply relax and enjoy the summer. The location is absolutely quiet as the apartments are surrounded by a spacious garden with an amazing mountain view. The closest Restaurant is a tipical Austrian Gasthaus just two minutes walk. A nearby lake (5 min by car) Pleschingersee offers a welcome refreshment in the summer. The city centre of Linz can be easily reached by car in 8 min. The closest bus stop is just two minutes away. The first apartment has a living area of 98m² is suitable for 6 to 8 persons and consists of an entrance area, open kitchen with living room and dining place, a bathroom with shower and a bathtub, 2 WCs and 3 sleeping rooms. An Additional sofabed allows for occupancy of up to 8 persons. The second apartment has a living area of 98m² is suitable for 6 to 8 persons and consists of an entrance area, open kitchen with living room and dining place, a bathroom with shower and a bathtub, 2 WCs and 2 sleeping rooms. Additional 90/200 beds allows for occupancy of up to 8 persons.
