With 110,4 square meters, central but calm location, 2 separate bedrooms with grand king-size beds, kitchen and living room, this completely renovated haven, bathed in natural light, accommodates up to 6 (+ small child) guests. It’s located on the second floor and is effortlessly accessible by both stairs and elevator. An unforgettable experience in Vienna awaits!

Please note that temporarily in the building where the apartment is located renovations are undergoing, so there might be noisy in the day time. Alsergrund, Vienna's 9th district, is a vibrant blend of culture and academia. With the University of Vienna as its heart, the district pulses with intellectual fervor. Historical edifices line its streets, with landmarks such as the Votive Church displaying majestic Gothic architecture. Liechtenstein Park offers a verdant escape, while the Volksoper Vienna regales visitors with operettas and ballet. Palais Liechtenstein is a testament to Baroque splendor. There also is another option to reach the apartment from the airport: use the bus that takes you to Morzinplatz and from there take a tram no.1 that takes you to Börse station. From there you will only need 3-4 min by foot to reach the apartment.
