You’ll love the cozy atmosphere and the unbeatable location: explore the city on foot, stroll to the famous Kaiser-Josef market, and unwind in a fully equipped space that feels like home.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located in a quiet residential street. The technical university and the musical conservatory are very close. You can walk to the city center and the city park within a few minutes.
