The house is spread over two floors connected by a private external staircase. The house can be used as two separate flats or as a single house. The house will be setup to suit the number of guests. The house is very central but also very private and secluded. Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor) - Austrian Super King size bed (180cm wide x 200cm). Bedroom 2 (Ground Floor) - Two single beds (90cm wide x 190/200cm). Bedroom 3 (First Floor) - Austrian King size bed (160cm wide x 200cm). Bedroom 4 (First Floor) - Austrian King size bed (160cm wide x 200cm). Living Room 1 (Ground Floor) - Sofa bed (140cm wide x 190cm). Seating/lounge, dining area, fireplace, board games. Living Room 2 (First Floor) - Spacious and comfortable living space with high ceilings. Fireplace seating area, dining area, lounge area, and day beds. Board Games. Kitchen 1 (Ground Floor) - Fully equipped for cooking. Stove & oven. Fridge/ freezer. Microwave/dishwasher. Kitchen 2 (First Floor) - Fully equipped for cooking. Living areas with sunny balcony and outdoor terrace, access to large garden. Fully equip kitchens. Free WIFI. Supermarket 100m. Great location for day trips . Perfect in both Summer and Winter, relaxing private house. Even in the quiet "off season", there is so much beautiful scenery to take in, whether walking, hiking or cycling. Something for all the family, or a trip with friends.
