This cosy holiday flat is located in the idyllic village of Ramsau - in the heart of the Zillertal, surrounded by the Tux, Kitzbühel and Zillertal Alps. Ideal starting point for a variety of activities such as hiking or mountain biking and to explore the rest of the Zillertal. Sports fans will also get their money's worth in winter: only a few kilometres away from the accommodation you will find the Mayrhofen skiing area as well as the entrance to the Zillertal Arena. In addition to a fully equipped and cosy living-dining kitchen, the accommodation has 3 bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with bathtub. From the spacious balcony you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the breathtaking mountains of the Zillertal and relax at the end of the day. Due to the central location of the house, the bakery, shops, restaurants and the ski bus stop are only a few steps away. Note : Final Cleaning fee to be paid at the property - 80 euro Group/Stay
