Graz is a charming city, and Urban Stay is the coziest place from which you can explore Graz. Centrally located, in close proximity to the business campus with WiFi, University of Applied Sciences, and Chamber of Commerce, we offer our guests 24 perfectly equipped and tranquil units. With 24-hour check-in, around-the-clock telephone support, and reception, our amenities include a communal garden, communal laundry facilities with washing machine and a dryer (in the 1st floor of the building), and a snack vending machine. Some apartments are wheelchair accessible, all units are air-conditioned, and feature high-speed Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a shower. Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed by your own Nespresso coffee machine with tea function. The building does include parking, however this is not included in the price. Guests must pay for their own parking. It charges 20 Euros per day. For long-term bookings by individuals and companies, package deals are also available. Enjoy cool summer nights with quiet fans in every room for your comfort. For sensitive sleepers, we provide earplugs to help ensure restful sleep.
