Die kleine gemütliche Ferienwohnung verfügt über 35 Quadratmeter, einem Garten mit Terrasse und befindet sich 750m vom Ortszentrum mit dem Casino Velden entfernt. Das Apartment liegt im Erdgeschoss und ist somit barrierefrei zugänglich. Schlafzimmer, Wohn-Ess-Zimmer mit vollausgestatteter Küchenzeile sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche bieten genug Platz für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt. Zur Unterkunft gehört ein Privatparkplatz mit der Möglichkeit, ein Elektroauto aufzuladen (wird separat verrechnet). Im Preis inkludiert ist Highspeed-Internet sowie Streamingdienste und Satelliten-TV. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden vom Gastgeber zur Verfügung gestellt. Im Wohn-Ess-Zimmer besteht die Möglichkeit, die Couch auszuziehen und zu einem Bett mit einer Liegefläche von 140x200 umzufunktionieren. Somit bietet das Apartment Platz für bis zu 4 Personen.
