Fantastic unit right on the Sandy Beach with Views to The Heads and WIFI, imagine just walking out the door and straight onto the lush grass, soft sand and beautiful water. 1 'Clippers' is a ground floor stylishy furnished three bedroom unit and is located right on the waterfront and has panoramic views of the stunning water ways of Port Stephens and straight through the headlands - this is absolutely the perfect holiday destination. Walk out the front door onto the lush grass and watch the children enjoy playing on the white sand and splashing about in the child friendly water. It is an easy walk across the road from Soldiers Point Bowling Club and just down the beach from Rick Steins Bannisters resort. Huge open plan living area and very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, main bedroom with walk-in-robe, ensuite and TV.  There is an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer and a double garage and also loads of off street parking. Sheets and towels are not provided at the property, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you, no pets and no party policy in place.   Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed + Ensuite Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed Bedroom 3 - 2 x King Single B

1 The Clippers is a fantastic waterfront unit located directly on the sandy beach with panoramic water views looking straight out the headlands. Unit 1 is located on the ground floor, there are 8 steps from the car park down to the unit, once down to the unit you can walk straight out the front door onto the lush grass. The open plan living/ dining area opens out on the undercover alfresco dining, so you can sit back, relax, and watch the children enjoy playing on the white sand and splashing about in the child friendly water. The unit has unlimited WI-FI and is stylishly furnished throughout. The huge, very well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, family size fridge / freezer and complete cooking appliances. This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. Pets are not welcome at this property. This property does have Wi-fi.

Port Stephens is an easy 2.5 hours from Sydney, with its 26 beautiful beaches, the largest stunning sand dunes in the southern hemisphere, Great Lakes Marine Park and a National Park encompassing 42,000 hectares of Worimi Conservation Lands with fantastic coastal walks. If you love seafood you'll love the locally caught prawns, crabs and lobsters and freshly shucked oysters harvested from the sparkling blue estuary. An array of restaurants with spectacular views and waterside dining are available or a sunset dinner cruise or picnic at the beach might be more enticing. So many activities to do - Diving, fishing, Dolphin and Whale watching, Camel & Horse riding on the beach, boat hire, 4WD and quadbike sand dune rides, Golf, Health & Wellbeing and shopping are to just name a few.
