**As The Host - Harris Holiday Rentals Payment Schedule Overrides the Booking dot com Payment Schedule** PAYMENT TERMS: In order to secure a booking, 50% of the total booking value is to be paid at the time of booking confirmation. The remaining 50% is due 14 days prior to your stay. If a booking is not paid in full. 14 days prior to Check-In the booking will not be held. If your booking is made within 14 days of your Check In date, then the total is due upon confirmation. All payments are processed securely via credit card transaction using Stripe online payment gateway. Once the guest credit card payment details are received, payments will be automatically charged as per the afore-mentioned timing. SECURITY BOND: In addition to the booking total, a credit card authorization hold will be held against the guest's credit card as a security bond. The bond hold will be implemented 1 day before Check In and automatically released after 7 days, providing no damage, breakage and/or additional cleaning fees are reported. If a booking is longer than 7 days duration, the authorisation hold will be released after the checkout date, providing no damage, breakage and/or additional cleaning fees are reported. The amount of the bond is between six hundred dollars and eight hundred dollars depending on the booked property. If we are unable to process an authorisation hold on the guest credit card, we cannot give out the keys on check in. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will be refunded the full amount paid minus a 2.08% Stripe merchant fee. Guest cancellations between 14-30 days before booking commencement will be refunded 50% of the total booking minus a 2.08% Stripe merchant fee. If a guest cancels within 14 days, there is no refund. If the guest decides to leave early after check-in. the nights not spent are not refunded.

This holiday home is situated in an amazing location. Just a short walk to the beach at Middleton.
The property has the following layout the whole family will love:
Large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Glimpses of the ocean from these areas. These areas are light and bright out looking the entertaining area and backyard. Living area with a split system heating and cooling, plenty of seating areas, TV, books and children’s toys. Dining area to seat 6 people as well as a high chair.Kitchen has electric cooking, microwave, coffee pod machine, toaster, kettle, fridge, pantry and much more! Master bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan and a built-in robe. Second bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan and a built-in robe.Third bedroom has a Tri bunk bed double on the bottom and single bed on the top. This room also has a pull-out trundle bed. Bathroom with a shower, separate bath and basin.Separate toilet. Laundry has a second toilet and washing machine. Undercover outdoor entertaining area with a large table and chairs and a Weber Q this area is perfect space to soak up being on holidays, listening to the waves crashing and smelling the fresh sea air. Overlooking the backyard where the children can play on the grass area.Property sleeps: 7 people but can be 8 including the pull-out trundle bed .This property accommodates a maximum of 7-8 people (Including Adults and Children 2-12 years).
