Set beside Surf Beach park and surrounded by coastal dunes, this relaxed split-level holiday home on Phillip Island is ideal for family getaways. The open-plan kitchen, living and dining area features a wood fire and split system for year-round comfort, and opens onto a large deck—perfect for outdoor meals and wildlife spotting. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooking and essentials. Downstairs are three spacious bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilet and laundry. Just moments from the beach and parklands, it’s a peaceful escape with all the basics. Please note: firewood is not provided and can be purchased from the service stations in Cowes. *Please note that linen is not included when booking this property* *Online registration and payment of a bond is required for all bookings. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.*
