Beautiful, leafy & quiet, Mosman Park is a serenely idyllic suburb! Situated between the Swan River and the WA Coastline, you're in a perfect spot to enjoy family-time. World famous Cottesloe Beach is aprx 7 mins drive, or even closer is Mosman Beach or best kept secret, Leighton Beach, only 4mins drive, aprx 2.6kms from our home. Walk or cycle to the Swan River in less than 15mins. DIRECTLY ACROSS the road is a fabulous assortment of Mossie Park boutique shops - pharmacy, newsagency, bottle shop & supermarket plus a bakery, coffee shop, bookshop, hair salon and more! Nature playgrounds within walking distance (try Gibbon Park Nature Play), wide open reserves and a golf club welcoming non-members at certain times in the week. Fantastic local Napolean St in Cottesloe showcases jewellers, homewares, fashion & food. 40mins from Perth Airport, the best option is a RideShare to the coast or rent a car so you can explore even more. The closest train station is Victoria St or Mosman Park (aprx 4mins drive) - Fremantle Train line takes you straight to Freo for shopping, entertainment and the laidback life or north east to Perth City aprx 45mins.
