Sleeping arrangements include 2 Double beds, 2 single bunk beds, 2 single beds, 1 single fold out bed. One bathroom upstairs. Another shower and toilet downstairs. Spectacular views of the Nambucca River and Pacific Ocean. You could not ask for more! Good size BBQ provided with second fire BBQ at the rear, laundry, 2 lock up garages provided with ample off street parking also, walk to the tavern, beach, rainforest, tennis courts and town. 35 kilometres from Coffs Harbour. Crimsafe screens on all doors provide extra security. NB: - Weekly bookings only during school holidays - 3 night minimum bookings during off peak seasons - Strictly NO PETS allowed at property. - LINEN/TOWELS INCLUDED
