Located in peaceful Ventnor this great family home has heaps of room and family orientated features - and free Wifi. This spacious family holiday home is designed for comfort, relaxation, and fun. The main lounge boasts a cozy wood heater with ample firewood, polished timber floors, comfortable sofas, a TV/DVD setup, and a wide selection of books and games. Adjacent is a large dining area for 12 and a well-equipped kitchen with electric cooking, microwave, dishwasher, and full dining settings. A second living area features additional seating, another TV/DVD, a soccer table, and indoor/outdoor games, heated by a panel heater. The home includes four bedrooms and two bathrooms (one newly renovated), with the main bedroom offering a queen bed and a child-sized single. All bedrooms have portable heaters and ceiling fans. The laundry provides a washer, iron, and extra fridge. Outdoors, enjoy a fully fenced backyard, a BBQ shelter with seating, and a handy outdoor shower. With free Wi-Fi and generous amenities, it's an ideal setting for memorable family getaways. *Please note that linen is not included when booking this property* Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels. *Online registration and payment of a bond is required for all bookings.
