This Braddon apartment is the ideal combination of space and convenience. Featuring one bedroom and large common areas, you’re guaranteed to enjoy your own comfort and privacy. It also features a private balcony area, with city outlook. You’ll also have convenient access to an on-site gym and sauna a mere 20 steps from your door. The location of this apartment is unmatched - some of Canberra’s best restaurants and bars are at your doorstep, and the CBD is only minutes away.

Neighbourhood information

A mere 350 metres from Canberra Centre mall and the centre of town, as well as right in the heart of the Braddon restaurant and night life zone. You also conveniently have a McDonalds in the same building. You have one dedicated underground car spot. You are in the middle of the city, so most things are in easy walking distance. The tram is right outside your door. (Basement car parking has 2.0 meter height restriction.)
