We are a small, family run business based in beautiful Dunsborough, South West WA. Between us, we have over 30 years of experience hosting guests in this spectacular region that we are so fortunate to call home. Contact one of our friendly team for all of your questions regarding our properties and for tips on what to do in the local area. The team at South West Holiday Properties (Cheryl, Ali & Julia) are here to help you enjoy a pleasant and carefree stay. One of us is available on the number listed at all times; please do not call outside of office hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm) unless it is an emergency. We are on hand to answer DMs and texts after hours.

The unit has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the property, a TV with Foxtel and a DVD player. The property also has a private back yard area with outdoor furniture for an al fresco dining option. Located in the popular Cape View Beach Resort right on the shores of Geographe Bay, guests can enjoy direct beach access, as well as a number of communal resort facilities right on their doorstep: outdoor pool with toddler pool (closed in winter) covered, heated pool (year-round) fitness centre sauna games room barbecue areas children’s playgrounds NB** THIS PROPERTY IS NOT SUITABLE FOR STUDENT/ LEAVER BOOKINGS*** All linen is provided (excl. beach towels). This accommodation is fully self-catered, and as a courtesy we provide a basic starter pack for each stay, including: soap, toilet rolls, basic cleaning products, and some cooking essentials (oil, salt & pepper). Guests are responsible for the ongoing supply of anything they should require beyond the starter pack provided. NB **THIS PROPERTY IS NOT SUITABLE FOR STUDENT/ LEAVER BOOKINGS**
