**As The Host - Harris Holiday Rentals Payment Schedule Overrides the Booking dot com Payment Schedule** PAYMENT TERMS: In order to secure a booking, 50% of the total booking value is to be paid at the time of booking confirmation. The remaining 50% is due 14 days prior to your stay. If a booking is not paid in full. 14 days prior to Check-In the booking will not be held. If your booking is made within 14 days of your Check In date, then the total is due upon confirmation. All payments are processed securely via credit card transaction using Stripe online payment gateway. Once the guest credit card payment details are received, payments will be automatically charged as per the afore-mentioned timing. SECURITY BOND: In addition to the booking total, a credit card authorization hold will be held against the guest's credit card as a security bond. The bond hold will be implemented 1 day before Check In and automatically released after 7 days, providing no damage, breakage and/or additional cleaning fees are reported. If a booking is longer than 7 days duration, the authorisation hold will be released after the checkout date, providing no damage, breakage and/or additional cleaning fees are reported. The amount of the bond is between six hundred dollars and eight hundred dollars depending on the booked property. If we are unable to process an authorisation hold on the guest credit card, we cannot give out the keys on check in. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will be refunded the full amount paid minus a 2.08% Stripe merchant fee. Guest cancellations between 14-30 days before booking commencement will be refunded 50% of the total booking minus a 2.08% Stripe merchant fee. If a guest cancels within 14 days, there is no refund. If the guest decides to leave early after check-in. the nights not spent are not refunded.

This two-storey home located near the South Lakes Golf Club offers a short walk to the river front or through the dunes to the beach.
On the upstairs level you can enjoy stunning river views while lounging in the open plan living/dining area.
Off this area is a large, all equipped kitchen with ample bench space, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric cooktop, coffee machine, microwave, and more.
A convenient powder room with toilet is located off the living area.
Downstairs you will find the bedrooms and main bathroom with a lower split level where you will find a laundry equipped with a washing machine and dryer and an additional, spacious lounge room with a TV, lounge and direct access through large glass doors to the manicured, fenced backyard which provides a large grass area and garden, sitting area, and a trampoline and netball ring.
A BBQ is available for easy evening meals.
Bedroom one consists of not one but two queen beds, walk in robe, split system wall unit and ensuite with double basins, shower and a separate toilet.
Bedrooms two and three have a queen bed in each and both have a split system wall unit to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer.
The main bathroom is lovely and modern with a basin, shower, toilet and TV on the wall to view whilst enjoying a soaking bath.
The driveway has car parking for three vehicles.
