LINEN PROVIDED - Pillows, quilts and all linen is provided. A Deposit is required at time of booking. There is a Three Hundred refundable bond that will be added to your booking when office staff process it. This will be refunded 7-10 Business days after departure, if there are no damages/problems. Bond may increase during peak season. If you bring your dog an extra One Hundred pet bond appplies - please see below note re pet bond. 21 is a lovely updated holiday shack that accommodates up to 6 guests, beautiful views of the ocean with access to the beach! Kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric stovetop/oven, microwave, Delonghi Nespresso coffee pod machine (BYO pods), toaster, kettle, slow cooker, electric frypan, food processor. Dining table/chairs, high chair, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, living room area with 4 seater lounge, 1 single seater, TV, blue tooth speaker, X Box - no games used as DVD player. Bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity and w/c. Laundry with front loading washing machine, dryer, clothes airer. Front patio with outdoor setting and excellent sea views. Flat top BBQ plus Weber Kettle. Fish cleaning facility. Dog friendly - not fenced - A One Hundred refundable pet bond will apply - Please advise in the notes sections if you wish to bring dog - the pet bond will be added manually by office staff when they process your booking. Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - 2 x single beds PLEASE NOTE: Pillows and quilts are provided, also all linen, no need to bring any linen with you except your beach towels! Linen provision is included in your fees. No smoking inside Shed not for use PLEASE NOTE: There is a Three Hundred refundable bond that will be added to your booking.
