Hi, my name is Phoebe and I have been doing AirBNB since December 2015 on my personal portfolio and now offer even more homes through our family owned business- Easy Home Rentals. Coming from Singapore and having traveled the world, I enjoy meeting people from all walks of life and now love entertaining people to an Aussie night in with a hint of Asian cooking thrown in. My style for AirBnB is to give you something unexpected. So don't be surprised, if a little treat greets you on arrival. I would love to welcome you however it may not be possible on some days as I am chasing after my two kids and husband. However, a 24 hour lock box is installed in most of our homes meaning that you can check in yourself check in at your convenience, otherwise we would be more than happy to show you around. I hope you enjoy your stay in our homes and enjoy Perth. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions as I am here to assist. The property operates on a self check-in system. The fine print

Need-to-know information for guests at this property

We use Superhog Verification to verify all guests. This is a mandatory requirement for not only the company but also our local councils: all guests must be verified. There is a fee that needs to be paid to cover the damage insurance. Failure to comply with this will result in no refund and no check in instructions being sent.

Management reserves the right to request Photo Identification for the main guest who has booked the chosen property, regardless of the booking platform used. Photo Identification must match the name that appears on the payment method used to pay for the reservation.

Smoking is not allowed. If you are found to have smoked inside the property you will be charged $250.00 for deodorizing.

Damage to balconies or decking caused by smokers will be charged $250.00.

Pets are not permitted. If you bring a pet into the property, you will have to pay a $250.00 fee plus any extra cleaning and deodorising costs.

Excessive rubbish removal or extra cleaning required will be charged at $50 an hour.

BBQ if used needs to be cleaned by the guest or a $200 charge will be levied.

Incorrect use of the yellow recycling bins will mean the cleaners need to remove items and correctly placed into the correct bin to comply with regulations, misuse will incur a $100 charge.

Damaged or lost linen will be charged at replacement cost. Guests are asked to leave linen in the property, do not wash.

Non-registered guests will be charged at $30.00 per person per night.

Lock outs will be charged at $200.00: this must be paid before access will be granted to the property.

Lost keys or fobs will be charged at $200.00 per set. - if there are parking remotes they will be charged at replacement cost and bollard keys the same as they are specialized items.

If fire alarms are triggered and fire/emergency services attend the property, the call out charges will be passed on in full to the guest.

The guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbours.

The guest will not use the Property for any immoral, offensive, or unlawful purposes. Any evidence of illegal activity or drug use will be reported to the police.
