This stylish three bedroom condo is opposite the children's playground. Upstairs provides a light filled open plan living and comfy couches ideal for relaxing with the views of the resort. This area flows to a deck. On the same level the kitchen provides ample space with a floating bench top and peaceful dining area. Downstairs there are three bedrooms all with queen sized beds, one master with ensuite and another main bathroom for the other two bedrooms. With access to the resort pool, the tennis court across the road, a 4 minute walk to the beach and 100m to the clubhouse - it will be hard to find reasons to leave this condo.
This villa is our own private villa which we love and use regularly. It has all the amenities and comforts of you own home. If you are a golfer there are many courses nearby and beaches and cafe's for the rest of the family.
The condo is located in a complex that has a shared swimming pool, tennis court and playground. There is a restaurant, golf course and beach all within walking distance. The town centre is a few minutes drive where you will find supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, retail shops and much more.
