Three bedroom, two bathroom townhouse with kitchen & large size lounge & balcony. Lockup double garage. Free use of solar heated pool. The balcony and living area overlook the grounds of the historic original Customs House, Police Building, Stables etc. 24 Gilles St Apartment is conveniently situated in the heart of Warrnambool. Most of the things to see & do are only a short walk away!
Quiet street in absolute central CBD. The apartment is only 200m from the Performing Arts Centre, Art Gallery, Civic Green, Flagstaff Hill Maritime village, hotels & Warrnambool's Restaurant precinct! Lake Pertobe Adventure Playground and Warrnambool's Main beach with bike/walking promenade are a 10 minute walk. Leave the car in the garage! Whale watching in season is a 5-10 minute drive near the Hopkins River mouth.
