This 3-bedroom canal waterfront home has everything you need for that family getaway. Located on one of Port Macquarie's original canals and only a short 650m walk to Settlement City Shopping Centre, Panthers Club, cafes and restaurants and only 2km to the centre of town. Enjoy canal living, do some fishing off the boat ramp or watch the dolphins swim by, this property even has 2 adult Kayaks, 2 children's kayaks with life jackets to use to explore the canals. This 3-bedroom home has a queen-sized bed in the main bedroom, there is a double bed and king single bed in the 2nd bedroom and a bunk with 2 singles and a single trundle bed in the 3rd bedroom, all linen is included. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan. Spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen with vaulted ceilings with ceiling fan and air conditioner. Keep the kids entertained with complimentary Wi-Fi and Foxtel TV. There is a side fenced entertaining area perfect for a small dog. Cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher. There is also an internal laundry with washing machine. The owners have thought of everything for you to enjoy your stay including ping pong table, beach chairs, highchair, porta cot, children's books, toys and games and hair dryer. There is also parking for 2 cars on the driveway. Bedding: Queen sized bed in the main bedroom, double bed and king single bed in the 2nd bedroom and a bunk with 2 singles and a single trundle bed in the 3rd bedroom, all linen is included. Please note there is an additional 2% surcharge for card payments.
