This Braddon apartment is the ideal combination of space and convenience. Featuring two bedrooms and large common areas, you’re guaranteed to enjoy your own comfort and privacy. It also features a private balcony area, with views of the cityscape seen throughout the apartment. You’ll also have convenient access to an on-site gym and sauna. The location of this apartment is unmatched - some of Canberra’s best restaurants and bars are at your doorstep, and the CBD is only minutes away. This apartment makes the most of its space with an open-plan layout, which perfectly accommodates families and small groups. The adjacent kitchen, dining and living room area are ideal for relaxing and taking in the views of the cityscape. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are modern appliances throughout the property for you to make yourself at home with. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious, with the master bedroom having an ensuite and direct balcony access. - The King bed can be split into 2 singles, subject to housekeeping having time to make up the beds. Message us if interested. - Couch opens into a double sofa bed.
