Surrounded by Eurimbula National Park on two sides, and spectacular views of the ocean and the changing tides, Samudrá at 1770 is a two story, 3 bed 2 bath beach house located on the highest hill on the headland. The position affords you unparalleled privacy, with a wraparound deck overlooking the water and national park on two sides and only 1 neighbour to your right. Very good separation between the two levels, 2 king beds in both bedrooms and 2 bunk beds in third, sleeping 4.

Neighbourhood information

Located on the 1770 headland on the highest set hill, you are a five-minute walk to the 1770 foreshore and lagoon, ideal for little kids to swim at. You are surrounded by the Eurimbila National Park on two sides, and the ocean and river view frames the huge deck. You can also take a 10-minute walk through the park to access the main Agnes beach. You will park in front of the property, with no undercover parking. A small boat may also fit but it is not suitable for boat parking in general. MUST climb stairs to access both levels so no wheelchair access.
