Fantastic beach house in a great location, only a few hundred metres walk to the beach via a staircase through the nearby bush. Kick back and relax on the back deck and enjoy a BBQ with friends and family, overlooking the surrounding bush land. The established gardens make this beach house very private. Features include: * two separate living areas (upstairs and downstairs, both with TVs) * ceiling fans in all bedrooms * air conditioning in the upstairs living area * tiled floors downstairs and timber floors upstairs * double lock up garage * laundry with washing machine and dryer * pet friendly (outdoors only, please note that property is not fully fenced) * gas BBQ on the back deck * high ceilings upstairs Make sure you bring the family pet along for your next beach side holiday and enjoy the home away from home feel of this property.
