Tucked away on a generous block overlooking The Inlet and bordering a tranquil reserve, this spacious Phillip Island holiday home is perfect for large families or two groups travelling together. Spread across two levels, the home features two living areas, a well-equipped kitchenette downstairs, and a fully appointed kitchen upstairs with gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Relax in the open-plan dining and lounge that flows onto a large deck with BBQ and outdoor seating, ideal for soaking up the stunning scenery and local wildlife. The master bedroom enjoys a private balcony and semi-ensuite, while the lower level provides a flexible retreat with bunk beds and an extra living space—great for teenagers. With Wi-Fi, two Smart TVs, reverse-cycle heating/cooling, and a cosy wood heater, comfort is guaranteed year-round. Just 200 metres to the beach and a short 5-minute drive to town. Pet-friendly (outdoor only, secure yard). *Please note that linen is not included when booking this property* Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels. *Online registration and payment of a bond is required for all bookings.
