One and two bedroom apartments, perfect for professionals and corporate travelers. All apartments feature a open plan, with natural light and natural ventilation plus air conditioning. High quality finishes and fittings are standard in all apartments. The recreational area has a lounge area with TV, pool, BBQ with alfresco dining area and an onsite gym.

38 High St Apartments are just 2km from the University of Queensland. there is a bus to UQ right at the front door. The train station is across the road and the ride is 9 minutes to the CBD. Toowong Village Shopping Centre is located a short stroll across the road. There are over 50 local restaurants, bars and cafes in the immediate area. Public transport options - Toowong Train Station, Regatta Ferry Terminal, Bus stop and taxi services all at the front door.

Toowong may be only 4km west from Brisbane’s central business district but its charming village atmosphere & genuine community feel make it seem like it’s a world away from the hustle & bustle. Yet this suburb still offers the convenience of being close to everything.
