Located 600 metres from Ventnor beach is this very nice holiday home. This charming, sun-filled home offers a comfortable and well-equipped retreat. The spacious deck features a BBQ and outdoor seating, set within a fully fenced garden for privacy and relaxation. Inside, the open-plan lounge includes a TV, DVD player, plush sofas, and a large dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooking, a microwave, and a dishwasher—perfect for family meals. A split-system unit provides heating and cooling, with additional portable electric heating available. One sofa converts into a bed for extra guests.The home includes three generous bedrooms—two with queen beds and one with a single. One queen bedroom has direct access to the patio. The main bathroom boasts a luxurious spa, while the second bathroom, combined with the laundry, offers a shower. Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered patio. Please note that the garage is not available. An ideal getaway for relaxation and convenience! *Please note that linen is not included when booking this property* Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels. *Online registration and payment of a bond is required for all bookings.
