We are a small, family run business based in beautiful Dunsborough, South West WA. Between us, we have over 30 years of experience hosting guests in this spectacular region that we are so fortunate to call home. One of us is available on the number listed at all times; please do not call outside of office hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm) unless it is an emergency. Property information

This double storey bungalow has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The master bedroom and bathroom are downstairs, with two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs with a spa bath. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the property, a smart TV with Foxtel, Netflix and a DVD player. Guests can use their own logins to stream content via the apps available. The property also has a semi-enclosed back patio area with outdoor furniture for an al fresco dining option. Located in the popular Cape View Beach Resort right on the shores of Geographe Bay, guests can enjoy direct beach access, as well as a number of communal resort facilities right on their doorstep: outdoor pool with toddler pool (closed in winter) covered, heated pool (year-round) fitness centre games room barbecue areas children’s playgrounds All linen is provided (excl. beach towels). This accommodation is fully self-catered, and as a courtesy we provide a basic starter pack for each stay, including: soap, toilet rolls, basic cleaning products, and some cooking essentials (oil, salt & pepper). Guests are responsible for the ongoing supply of anything they should require beyond the starter pack provided. NB **THIS PROPERTY IS NOT SUITABLE FOR STUDENT/ LEAVER BOOKINGS**

Cape View Beach Resort is a quiet, relaxed resort right on the beach. The resort features outdoor communal barbecue and children's playground areas and an outdoor pool (closed in winter). Busselton is the popular beach town at the gateway to the iconic Margaret River Region. Just 2.5 hours away from Perth and within easy driving distance from Dunsborough, Yallingup and Margaret River, this is the perfect location to explore everything our region has to offer. Benefit from town amenities and convenience during your stay, while enjoying a serene beachside next to the calm, crystal waters of Geographe Bay. Don’t forget to visit the beautiful foreshore and famous Busselton jetty, the longest in the Southern Hemisphere!
