Enter through the classic vintage garden arch positioned in the grassy front yard and breathe in the fresh air. Spend mornings sipping coffee on the wooden bench before whipping up breakfast in the well-catered, 70s original kitchen with modern inclusions. It comes with a full-sized fridge, retro oven and stove, microwave, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. A central kitchen island and extendable table in the formal dining room make meals at home a breeze. When you’re not getting work done in the dedicated workspace, kick back and relax in front of the TV on plush sofas or have a family sing-along around the piano. A lush backyard offers spacious outdoor space, complete with a fire pit. Dine alfresco at the picnic table and chuck some snags on the BBQ for a true Aussie feast. Four bedrooms with leafy window views are fitted with fresh linens and electric heated blankets, offering plenty of warmth in the cooler months. Three bedrooms are replete with a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom has a king single bed, and an additional trundle bed, sleeping eight. The marble-tiled bathroom is replete with a shower, toilet and vanity, while a second half bathroom adds to your holiday convenience. Guests will also benefit from an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a lock-up garage with parking for one small vehicle or motorbikes and bicycles.
