Location Just a short stroll (500m) to the Golf Course Club house, Red Rooster, Coles, Chemist & liquor outlet. 5 minutes to the airport and major shopping centre. Perfect location. Bedroom 1&2 each boast q/size beds, with bedroom 3 having a double bed. All have split sys a/c, wall mounted TV's, and BIR's. More Info Enjoy a cold drink in the private sparkling pool, or chuck a steak on the bbq. For the kids, wifi, netflix, & board games.

Private subdivision with no public housing, generally a quiet and safe neighborhood. Lovely quiet kids park approx 1.4 klm down the road My unit has a large double carport attached at the rear of the property. Access to the unit is via the door located in the carport which opens to the laundry. The carport clearance height is 2.3m and length is 5.97m long. Width a the narrowest point if 6mVery large communal access driveway for easy maneuverability of large cars etc. There is also visitor parking.
