    We ended up here when our four bedroom mouse we had booked cancelled on us two days before Easter 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ . How lucky were we!!! Unfortunately we had to ditch our friends that were coming and just take our family. The house was perfect.

This beautiful 1932 Californian bungalow has been lovingly restored and tastefully furnished to provide an exceptionally comfortable, self contained or partly hosted accommodation, for up to 6 guests, with all the comforts of home and more. Featuring Three Queen size bedrooms, three bathrooms, a full Gourmet kitchen, with Alfresco dining and servery windows, and BBQ facilities are also available. Each room of the house is individually air-conditioned, to give you absolute control of your comfort. With a big back yard, you can pitch a tent for the kids, for the school holidays! lets GO! There are glorious parks, playgrounds and a 50m swimming pool nearby in the beautiful Lawson Park, with walking tracks along the Cudgegong River. Guests may also enjoy a game of tennis on our court at Forgandenny House. “A Market Place Mudgee” is seamlessly connected and adjoining the Fabulous “Forgandenny House” guesthouse should your group need accommodation for up to 6 couples in the one location, and all within the Forgandenny Estate.
