This three bedroom home (sleeping up to 8 people) has the added convenience of three bathrooms and air-conditioning with an open plan living, kitchen and dining area. The front deck offers magical 180 degree panoramic views of the ocean and beautiful Avoca Beach. Kids will return from a day in the surf with sand on their feet and a smile on their face. This is a wonderful escape your daily 'grind' with mornings overlooking the beach, and afternoons watching the surfers on the Point. Cafe, restaurants and the historical picture theater all only 50m away, the location of your holiday home could not be better.
