Welcome to our beautiful apartment in Main Beach! This apartment is situated at the northern end of the sunny Gold Coast, offering spacious living areas and breathtaking views of the beach and whales (if you're lucky!). Step outside onto the beautiful balcony bar and bar stools, where you can drink, snack, and watch the surfers in action. The apartment boasts an open-plan living and dining area surrounded by glass windows, which allow plenty of natural light and those stunning views to flood in. Relax in the very comfortable new lounge sofas and enjoy the great TV and super-fast Wi-Fi. The main bedroom features a king-size bed with a brand new Tempur mattress, an en-suite bathroom, and shutters that open up to the beautiful beach views. The second bedroom has two single beds and built-in cupboards. Additionally, the lounge suite can convert into a double bed, ensuring there is plenty of space for everyone. The apartment is equipped with a massive 75" TV featuring Netflix, Amazon Prime, and all your favorites, so you can enjoy all your favorite shows and movies while on vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove top, and full-size fridge/freezer, as well as various small electrical appliances such as a sandwich toaster, rice maker, and electric beater. A separate laundry room includes a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board for your convenience. The family bathroom is complete with a bath, shower, toilet, and vanity, and we even provide a hairdryer and straightener for your convenience. All linen items, including sheets, blankets, and bath towels, are supplied, and you can hire a Porta cot with linen and high chair if needed (please message us for costing details). Our apartment is in a great location with a patrolled beach right outside and only a short walk to fashionable Tedder Avenue, The Spit, and Surfers Paradise. There are only two units per floor, ensuring privacy and a peaceful environment.
