We are a small, family run business based in beautiful Dunsborough, South West WA. Between us, we have over 30 years of experience hosting guests in this spectacular region that we are so fortunate to call home. Property information

A bright and spacious 4x2, perfectly located for Dunsborough Lakes Golf Course and the local beach. Dunsborough Lakes is a quiet, residential area, perfectly situated for exploring the area. It is located dangerously close to the famous Simmos ice creamery! Bring your furry friends along for a full family holiday. Bring or hire some bikes, or even one of the many e-scooters dotted about, and zip around town via the many paths provided. A single level home, with two bedrooms at the front end (master with queen bed, en suite and walk-in wardrobe; and one double bedroom), and two facing the rear courtyard (one queen and one twin single bedroom). The second bathroom is located in between, with shower, bath, vanity, and a separate WC (off the laundry). The kitchen, dining and lounge area is roomy and designed so that the whole family or group can enjoy quality time together. The twin single room has its own TV, with an Xbox 360. Both the lounge and twin room TVs are Smart, with a Bluray DVD player. Guests can use their own logins to stream content via the apps available. Enjoy the outdoor dining area with gas BBQ in warmer months. For the keen golfers out there, the golf club is under a 5 minute walk away! There is a golf buggy stored in the garage. All linen is provided (excl. beach towels). This accommodation is fully self-catered, and as a courtesy we provide a basic starter pack for each stay, including: soap, toilet rolls, basic cleaning products, and some cooking essentials (oil, salt, pepper). Guests are responsible for the ongoing supply of anything required beyond the starter pack. NB **THIS PROPERTY IS NOT SUITABLE FOR STUDENT/ LEAVER BOOKINGS**

Neighbourhood information

Dunsborough is the jewel of the South West, located on the shores of Geographe Bay. At low tide, the beach has shallow, clear waters, perfect for kids to play safely. On a nice day, you will find groups of visitors and locals alike enjoying the serene waters of the bay. Just out of town there are some secluded beaches, like Curtis Bay or Meelup. All year, visitors can enjoy hiking, biking, surfing, 4WD-ing, horse riding, cave tours, water sports, fishing, wine/beer/spirits tasting, and generally eating and drinking one's way around the area! Visit in spring for whale migration and wild flower season, or in autumn to enjoy quiet beaches and excellent surf. The Margaret River Wine Region is one of the most prestigious winemaking areas in the world. Considered a “boutique” region, production is relatively small and quality-focused. The unique microclimates and fabulous soils here mean that producers are able to make some of the world’s best Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon, along with a host of other single varietal and blend wines. We recommend booking a locally operated winery and brewery tour bus for an unforgettable day out of excellent food and drink.
